Everybody’s Irish on March 17, so there’s no excuse not to enjoy a beer, authentic Irish food and live music at the bars and restaurants in downtown Lakeville. Here’s what’s happening at Angry Inch, Babe’s, Heavy Metal Grill and Lakeville Brewing Co.
Angry Inch Brewing
Stop by for happy hour from 2-6 p.m. Friday. The brewery will be tapping a special release of its Four Horsemen IPA. The Imperial IPA is made from a blend of four hops.
Babe’s Music Bar
Looking for green beer? You’ll want to stop by Babe’s for its St. Patty’s Day Bash. Enjoy live music from Bad Girlfriends. And if you’re really feeling the green theme—they’ll have green shot specials, as well.
Heavy Metal Grill
Heavy Metal Grill is serving up 16 ounce domestic taps for $2 all day. Get the grill’s popular Great White—beer-battered cod served up on a bed of fries with a side of tartar sauce—for $10.
Lakeville Brewing Co.
Patio season is officially starting Friday at Lakeville Brewing Co. with an outdoor bar, tents and heaters. Matt & Laurel will play in the yard from 7-10 p.m. The brewery is serving its Dry Irish Stout, its Irish Red Ale and traditional Irish food. There will also be games and giveaways.
