Job Title – Team Member and Shift Supervisor
Job Type – Monday-Sunday
Hours –
- Shifts starting between 10 or 11 a.m. and ending between 4 and 5 p.m.
- Shifts starting between 4 or 5 p.m. and ending between 9 and 10 p.m.
Pay – Hourly wage is determined by your customer service and food experience.
Job Description – Employees execute all customer service operations, ensuring that all products meet Dairy Delite’s standards and that all customers leave smiling.
Essential Functions –
- Communicates clearly/quickly and politely to customer and co-workers needs.
- Initiates and completes customer transactions quickly and accurately.
- Keeps entire work area clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Prepares products quickly and accurately, while following all prep, health and safety standards.
- Stocks and executes proper rotation of products.
- Works as a “team” to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
