Metro Equity Management is excited to announce it has entered into a lease agreement with Heavy Metal Grill! They will occupy space in the former Ace Hardware building at 20851 Holyoke Avenue in Downtown Lakeville. Heavy Metal Grill anticipates an opening date around the 1st of June 2015. Both Metro Equity Management and Heavy Metal Grill are finalizing plans and gearing up for the upcoming project to get the building ready for its next occupants. Progress will be made in the coming weeks and months as we work to get ready for their Grand Opening.
